CANCELLATION:
You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of your purchase.
RETURNS:
You can request to return an item within 7 days of receiving it by contacting info@livingsimple.ie stating the original order confirmation number. We will then arrange a date with you to pick up the goods. If you are not home on the date that was agreed for pick up, you will have to pay the cost of a second pick up attempt.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received and in it’s original packaging. Any items that have undergone some assembly cannot be accepted for return. A refund will be processed for the cost of the item (excluding the original cost of delivery) We reserve the right to examine the product before we accept a return.
Mattresses may not be returned if the wrapping has been removed for hygiene purposes.
DAMAGES:
Any damages must be reposted within 24hrs of product being received.
REFUNDS:
You will be refunded for goods by the method by which the payment was made.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION:
The limitations of colour representation may mean that the colour of the actual product may vary slightly. Every reasonable effort has been taken to ensure as true a representation as possible.
WARRANTIES:
All products will be delivered in the condition that meets the standards as set by the manufacturers of the products. If the claim is justified then we reserve the right to repair, replace or exchange the item. We will not issue a refund.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Our Gift Vouchers do not expire. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost.

Due to the volume of products on our website, from time to time there may be a typographical error, inaccuracy or an information omission that may relate to a product description, price or availability. Livingsimple reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

All prices include VAT. Prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control. The price you pay is the price for the item at the time of purchase.
